Client Relations Representative
Katrina joined Career Origin in 2019, taking on the role of Client Relations Representative. As the head of customer service Katrina's role involves maintaining our high-level client communication service standards. This includes providing information and support, communicating and following up, ensuring our clients are given the right direction and information, setting up appointments, supporting our clients who engage our resume writing services, interview coaching and career counselling and much more.
Katrina's background includes working in administrative and customer service roles in a variety of service industries including health, merchandising, electrical and vehicle maintenance. Katrina is a Mum of two young girls and resides locally in the Macarthur region. A school hours based role, and working close to home, was an opportunity enabling a nice balance between work life and family commitments. We are very pleased to provide that opportunity.
