Rebecca can relate to the difficulty we all face in finding time to juggle family commitments, work life, further education and quality family time and has herself faced a few major life hurdles including the long term illness of her husband which eventuated in a successful kidney transplant and the sudden illness of her father who fell victim to mouth cancer. “I believe the challenges I have faced have given me a very real understanding of just how tough life can be and that throughout it all, we have to continue working. Being a working Mum of seven children, I understand that very few have the luxury of not working, therefore, your career is a vital aspect of your life and to be happy at work is integral to your overall happiness. Belinda McLean is the General Manager of Human Resources Focus and is a Certified Member of the HR Coach Network and holds a Masters of Commerce - Workplace Relations.

Belinda's credentials include a longstanding professional career as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Consultant working within a wide variety of industries in large organisations with 200+ employees. Belinda is a strong advocate of professional HR standards within organisations, and brings a passion for HR that makes people count.

After many years of success working within HR Managerial roles, Belinda identified a growing need for small to medium sized business to have access to qualified HR support and guidance and in 2006, established HR Focus. Utilising her industry expertise and qualifications Belinda provides services and strategy development to a range of businesses in all facets of recruitment, staff retention, process reviews and performance management.

Victoria was born and raised in England and at the age of just 23 made a major life transition, travelling to Sydney, Australia to raise her young daughter.  Victoria left behind lifelong friends and family to travel to a new world with her Australian born partner.  Upon arriving in Australia, Victoria was then faced with the challenge of growing a new circle of friends, finding a new job and developing a relationship with her new home.

Tim Stewart

Tim Stewart, relaunched his career with Career Origin, following a workplace injury within the warehouse and logistics Industry.  Tim was keen to develop his administrative and customer service skills and his re-entry back into the office environment was well timed with Career Origins need to have more support on board.  Tim has undergone intensive training and is now responsible for client relations and a recently launched mobile service.  Tim is the ideal team member to chat with about your needs and desires to lauch your career to the next level.
