Small business owners usually cannot afford to hire staff and your no-strings-attached assistance could lead to a job offer in the future. Better yet, being back in the workforce will give you current workplace experience, with skills and abilities to add to your resume. You could also ask for a reference which will support you in your search for that dream job.
